The purpose of a specialized assessment is to provide you and your Case Manager with a better understanding of your unique strengths, needs, and skills as they relate to your short and long-term employment objectives.
Specialized assessments are conducted by qualified professionals with specialized expertise, and may include:
- Assessments to help clarify your employment-related skills, strengths, needs, prior learning or foreign credential equivalencies
- Disability-related assessments to measure the impact of physical, social, intellectual and/or psychological factors on your career choices, and
- Recommendations, goals, and services to improve your employment readiness
